The contest

As simple as making a shortfilm with a maximum duration of five minutes. The main theme and the instructions will be given at the beggining of the Butoni Fast Film the 14th September at 11:00 a.m. in the room 12 of the Casa de la Cultura de Manises. From this moment on, your team and you will have 48 hours to make the project and send it to the organisers.

When?

14, 15 and 16 of September. Also, the shortfilms will be screened as part of the Butoni Fest, where the special mentions will be given. The closing gala of Butoni Fest will take place on the 22nd September, where the awards and statuettes will be given.

Where?

In Manises, room 12 of the Casa de la Cultura. You have to take your own materials, camera, computers and all the stuff you might need. The organization will not provide the contestants with any material.

Which are the awards?

The Awards are: -The Award to the Best Shortfilm, valued at 200€ + a year of flast rate at Movibeta. -Special Mention to: Best director, best actor, best actress, best screenplay and special mention to «Ingeni i gràcia».

Rules and submissions

Download the rules HERE. Everyone aged 18 and over can participate, as a team or individually. There will be one person in charge per team and one project will be presented per registration. In order to submit, you must complete this digital form HERE. Confirmation of registration will be sent within a maximum period of 48 hours. Are you a minor? Don’t worry, you can still participate. You only have to ask someone of legal age to formalize the registration for you as the person in charge of the team. If the person of legal age cannot go to the reception, they must authorize the minor along with a photocopy of the DNI to withdraw the accreditations.
